“‘Truckee to Kentucky’ proves to be a classic country and western song that has only just been written…It is almost like a rebellion against the glossy, overproduced alternative that currently permeates the American airwaves.”

— Aldora Britain Records

Erin’s Early Work

Prior to recording Truckee to Kentucky, Erin mostly performed on front porches and around campfires, but she did capture some musical moments from her 20s!

In the spring of 2018 Erin wrote and recorded Ode to Whiskeytown to express her sorrow upon departing from her beloved long-time workplace, the Whiskeytown Environmental School. This song later provided solace to many during the Carr Fire, which caused severe destruction of the school and the surrounding area.
